I currently have a home in the High Park area - 2 story with each story being about 600 sq feet. What would be the cost to gut, new drywall, redo wiring, installation. Very high level estimate.
Thank you
It depends on house location, Parking, Bin location.
What is inside the house - Lath and plaster, layers of walls, layers of floor, any hazardous material like Asbestos, lead paint, lead pipes etc.
Oil tank, Boiler, radiators, wood burning fire place chimney etc.
So may unknowns to give a price without looking the place.
You are looking at starting from 250K and up depending on level of finishes, kitchen, wash rooms, Fire place, smart home, etc. etc. The more it is specified then more better we can get.
Hope that helps.

Hi there Rick,
There can be a huge variance on any kind of project like this as there are so many variables in construction. For example just one scenario would be hardwood flooring. are we going to spend $5 or $25 a sq ft on flooring? Are we going to have to do a pile of structural work or are the beam spans in the house currently okay. The way we help our clients get to a realistic number for their project is we sit down and discuss the project and their excpectations in detail. From their we compile a 120 point high low budget so that you can start to get a real sense of where your spending your money and why. Than before we start we will help you pick every last detail that goes into your home. This will insure that you both your budget and schedule stay true during the construction phase.
It's really hard to figure out any associated costs based on provided information
