I have an area of 400 square feet and want engineered hardwood installed plus underlay.

What would be the cost to do this, please?

Figure $5 per square for half decent flooring and $2-$4 to install. there are several different factors to consider, so just a ball park est.

Approx installation cost would be around $1200

Hi Eric, if you provide the engineered floors, our charge for installing it and us providing the underlay material will be approx $2250.00-$2300.00. If we provide the flooring for you, that can run you another $1400.00-$1600.00 for a nice quality engineered flooring.
