How much will it cost to replace a toilet shut off valve for a new quarter turn shut off valve, with no plastic ball and brass color?

Hi Steve,
Most guys would charge a minimum rate for somethjng like this / service call. Everyone has different minimums...1 hr at this rate, 2 hrs at this rate etc...
On average. You're looking at $60-$130....

it's very hard to price a job without coming to the site to asses the amount of work, for just a toilet it shouldn't cost much.
