Costs vary on building materials/ structure and landscaping.

A photo of the inside and outside would be beneficiary for a rough estimate. Also handy, brief description on the project from the owner.

There are so many variable that would affect the pricing and I would be hesitant on anybody willing to give you a quote over the phone, it would be a great investment in your property as well as potentially adding another revenue of renting out your basement space.

I know this is vague but realize that taking the cheapest option could end up costing a lot more money in the future.

Are this comments normal? Do you people know what are you talking about? It clearly say, walk out basement. What is the mystery about that? Someone quoted something like $2600-$3200 in what country is this? The way I see none of this people never done walk out basement entrance. The cost for walk out basement entrance is between 13 and 17 thousand dollars depending on accessibility. Please don't deceive the public, reputable contractors don't deserve this.

I have to agree with Steve's comments.

When you are talking about excavation to the weeping system, running a new section. Pouring footings, steps, an entry etc. You are easily looking in the range of 14,000.. and up. Access and choice of materials can push the price up as well. Go with a contractor that knows what they are talking about and who is honest. Insist on some referals!

Depending what material it is for the well but it's usually concrete $9,000 to $12,000.
