I have just moved into my new home and the basement is unfinished. My basement is 553 sq ft. I would like to know what is reasonable price to get walls, ceiling, door for the furnace, water heater etc, putting wrap or securing the pipe lines for future pluming. And the price added for a bedroom and a washroom.

Thank you.

Something around $20 K. Depends on the details and materials.

Tough to say without seeing. Finishes vary so much in price.
