Want to raise cottage, 1000 sq. Already have a 3ft concrete crawl space, I want a full enclosed basement. What kind of price am I looking at?

First you need to locate a general contractor experienced with this type of work and a house lifting/moving company.
Just the lifting and supporting alone would probably start around 10k for an smaller house.
