Cost to re-shingle a shed and build a new door?

Hello,
I have a shed that really needs to be re-shingled and the door needs to be replaced. The total shed roof area is 156 sq feet. How much would it cost to have it re-shingled and to have a door made like the one shown in the photos below? The door belongs to a colleague who had his done not too long ago and he's quite happy with it. His old door was in the same shape mine is.

To reshuffle your shed roof is about 6.24 square foot but depends on materials. As for the door depends if you want one made or prefabricated.

Thanks for the response.
I'm just looking to have the door made much like the one in the photos. Just PT plywood with the 2x4 bracing n the back and the little window made with plexi-glass. I'm trying to get an idea of how much a job like this should cost me in addition to the re-shingling.
