Cost to remove drywall and replace with railing

I want to remove some drywall on the second floor of the house that acts as a safety rail beside the stairs coming up to the second floor. I was planning to use the ledge board it has installed on the top of the wall for the bottom when I install the new railing. I will need one baluster a rail and some spindals.
How much should I charge to remove the 8' x 3.6' wall and replace it with a nice hand rail instead?
