Cost to repair ceiling

I have an Orange Peel textured ceiling. There is a 6 ft by 8 ft section that I had to remove the texture from due to an accident. I will tape off the required area for the repair and I am looking for a cost to do this repair. I assume random lines are easier to look blended than straight lines.

Hi Steven,
That is a tough one. You may be better off to scrape the entire ceiling and have it all re sprayed and finished. You could also just do any repairs and leave it flat. It is extremely difficult to blend in a repair and make it invisible.
