Our three adjustable carport posts have heaved with last years frost and settled to the point of being uneven. What would the cost be to put in sona tubes and new posts?

Your posts are likely heaving due to frost. I am a past Dow Chemical professional and have encountered this problem many times. It does appear you have a problem with what is known as 'Ad-freezing'. This is a phenomena where frost occurs alongside the concrete tubes and will lift or 'Lenses'.

A solution we have suggested in such cases, is to install a perimeter of no less than 4 feet X 4 feet layer of 2'' to 3" Styrofoam insulation at a depth of no less than 12 inches to prevent from freezing the of the soils to the concrete.
