What would cost be to replace the roof vent from a bathroom exhaust fan and also replace the insulated duct work in the attic?

Without knowing exact details on the length of run and roof type, I would say $1,200-$1,500 Plus tax.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry for being unclear. I would just need the insulated duct (3-4 feet long) in the attic replaced between the bathroom fan and the roof vent. And maybe a new roof vent if the damper is not functioning properly.

Installation will cost 285.00, fan not included.

Thank you.
