Cost to rough in basement bathroom

If the quote inlcuded to connect new pipe provision for your new washroom to existing pipe and Defending how far is new rough in and how complex is the existing pipe to connect new pipe, The price is acceptable

Now if only breaking the concrete may i sugget go to big box store and rent comcrete cutter and jack hammer you will not spend 400$

Hi,

If drain line work is included it is a reasonable cost if the square footage is normal size foe a three peice bathroom.

Your looking at a few different layers to this job; Demo, drainage, concrete and plumbing. Plus, they have to bring everything in from the street by hand. Most guys are charging based on linear footage. I'm guessing you have quite a bit of demo. It could be an honest quote. Maybe even low for that kinda work. It's not glamorous.
