Cost to sand and paint wall?

Quote to finish sanding approx 2-3x6 areas of wall, prepare to paint and painting a room 15 x 16' room.
Only looking for cost at this time.

Hi Merle,
Not knowing what the prep work on the wall looks like, I would say you're around $800-1200 but I'm from London and am not sure what Toronto prices are like.

Depending on what (prep) means in your statement, I would paint a new room of similar size...one coat primer and two coats finish for +/- $575. This would include labour and paint for walls only. Trims, doors, ceiling would not be included.
