I have a rotten deck and would like to replace it with either composite or pressure treated depending on price. I am looking for a ballpark price to decide if I even have enough saved because I have heard prices have skyrocketed. Deck is about 7-8 feet high.

I'd say around $60-70/sqft labour and material.

composite decks are running all inclusive as per your request @ $47/sqft...demo is whatever the contractor wants to charge. I personally would charge $1,800 for demo/removal & it will be gone in 1-2 days
