My house (a bungalow) was built in 1954, with a cinder block foundation and brick walls. Serious cracks are appearing at various locations throughout the house, especially at one exterior corner, and exterior walls.
At this time, I am seeking an estimate on a short-term fix to repair the cracks for this winter (to keep water, wind, and mice out!).
I would be very grateful for estimates on cost and methods.

Hello, if you want to just have a "SHORT TERM" repair, I would recommend that you have someone try sealing the cracks with either expansion spray foam, or a sealant adhesive that is bondable to cement. Depending upon the size of the cracks, it still needs to be properly repaired
There is no short term fix for this issue. it needs to be fixed properly.
