Hello,

Just wondering what am I budgeting at a high level on average low and high end for a demo job for a kitchen (small - 85-100 sq foot), rip out cabinets, and rip out the flooring and tile with porcelain tiles (proper subfloor / underlay)?

Thanks

I recommend you contact a trusted Pro contractor in your local area to get a quote. Without seeing and knowing exactly what is being done it would be unrealistic to give you a price.

The cost for demolition is roughly around $4 - $8 per square foot.

Before I can answer you correctly I need to know a couple of things first.

1.) How many cabinet's need to be removed ?

2.) When would you like to start this project ?

3.) Is there a budget ?

Thank you for your time.

Have a nice day.

Approx cost to demolish and dispose the old kitchen cabinets, tile floor and install a proper subfloor would be around $2000

Id say your looking at around 1000 for this work completed by me. If you have a bin on site. If not there will be 250$ load and disposal fee.
