30 grand would be good to go in Calgary. I'm not sure about Coquitlam it's been a couple of decades since I've been in that neck of the woods. Shop around and get it in writing.

I believe so if you can do some of the tasks yourselves. Very tight we just finished attached one same size and it was almost 70k . General contract yourself and sub out each section get many quotes and check references.
