We have water weeping over the garage foundation wall after a rain, The area is adjacent to a man door and the leak is on the house side of the wall. The wall has 2 Steele supports holding up an ibean directly beneath where the leak occurs. The roof over the man door is an extension of the garage and leads to the back yard. The height is about 15 feet width including door is about 6 feet. This appears to come from the roof angle that meets the top. The second leak is at the front over a peaked garage roof. Water enters behind the house wrap and makes its way down into the cinder block supporting the veneer. Water then weeps from the inside of the blocks out down the front and onto the ceiling..
