New home construction in hamilton, property has existing home on it already as well as a farm dwelling.

What are we looking at for costs for permits/development for this scenario?

2400sqft new home. Could build off farm dwelling or existing home if it changes permit process/costs. Or we could build in the center of the property.

Also, are there any tax rebates for this type of project?

You are first looking at permit fee usually of a 100-1000 from city, you need conceptual drawings of residence from a registered arcitect or BCIN designer you need drwaings you want to build to get an acurate quote but normal price to do is around 200.00 - 250.00 sq ft finished - you can get up to 40k back from goverment if its a new build only anyways hope this helps but materials alone are going to be well over 160-180 k based at 2400 sq ft.
