Do Landscapers move existing gardens/shrubs..etc...?

Edmonton area - Homeowner

I have an existing garden that's getting too hard for me to manage alone.

I have an idea to move a lot of it around the yard into different areas that can be looked after in smaller time frames and easier cleaning.

This would mean cutting out the ground to be used, prepping the soil, digging-moving-replanting

existing perennials and shrubs.

So Landscapers do this sort of a thing?

When does it occur - Spring? after flowering? Fall? just before freeze-up?

Does it occur in one project, or more?

Thanks for any info, folks!
