Please look at the photos.

I believe that knob #1 is the door speed

Knob #2 is for the latch speed

Knob #3 is ?? (don't know)

I have adjusted the latch knob and the door had closed well but for the first 3 tries.

On the 4th or 5th attempt, the door would "close" but it would not close perfectly well. The door latch would not fit perfectly into the door socket. The door knob would rest on the edge of the frame. I have tried it on many attempts over a long period of time.

How would I be able to resolve the problem i.e. I want the door to close firmly and perfectly well?

Thanks

Hello,

It looks like you have adjusted the hinge out too far. The dial on the side adjusts closing strength. Make the dial loose and then adjust your hinge for travel once set you then can adjust closing speed.

I hope this helps

TO JOE

Which knob# were you referring to?

#3?

Please give me the knob #

Should I twist it clockwise or anticlockwise?

Thanks for your help.

Ok it does not look like it was installed properly.

This thing is easy to do but temperamental if done incorrectly.

Look up TC201 installation instructions. I tried to add on this blog and it did not convert to Jpeg..

Please post the pictures for the installation.
