Double garage cost

Hi everyone,
I'd like to know the rough cost to build a detached garage (such as 24*24). And how long would it take? I want it just simple with basic function.

A simple unheated 2 x 6 x 8 framed with siding
one side door and one small window and one large garage door with opener, one plug inside and one out and one light inside and one out, would probably run you between $ 30 and $ 40K .
Depends on soil samples ,location, and distance from house. Could be less , could be more. Shop around do your research .

The cost of this would be roughly $16,000- $19,000.

Sorry forgot to add timeline which would be roughly 3 days for pad and then week to cure and then a week to build.
