Electrician challenges

I am volunteering at Habitat for Humanity Nova Scotia, currently building a semi. A large union, commercial oriented electrical contractor has come on board supplying materials and labour. They are creating a local media event by challenging a non union shop to a rough in race in 1 day. I am assumung the non union shop is more residential oriented. My thoughts are that if they are doing a media event, why not throw a couple of 15 minute challenges at them with a bonus or penalty as the reward. Maybe the loser has to give up their Robertson screwdrivers for 30 minutes or the winner gets another guy for 1/2 hour.

So my question is I need a few challenges to have some fun with and maybe more appropriate penalties/rewards.

Got about 2 weeks before it happens so bring it on.
