I am wanting to enclose my single carport into a garage. What could someone expect to pay from start to finish approx.? I am looking for a starting point.

The cost for the garage not including any drywall, exterior siding or the garage doors, no windows, insulation, interior vapour barrier..etc, This is just an estimate as we would need the final construction drawings for the roof sections and how the engineer wants it built and connected to the existing roof for final pricing, would say it is within 10% plus minus of what he will likely spec for it.

Hi there Mike,

This is a single carport so it has the existing roof and one side wall already and also has the footings. So there would need to have 3 walls framed in etc.
