I am Nick (Nitin) from A Budget Construction LTD. We are a five star rated company on Trusted Pros. I have done lot of Kitchen renovations of similar layout.

Mostly there are some pipes either Plumbing or HVAC. The pipes can be hidden either in Upper cabinets or in crown molding and get some space.

The existing cabinets and counter top (subject to condition) can be sold as is to some one who is upgrading basement as second unit.

The cost for new Cabinets and Quartz counter top new back splash without appliances you should budget starting from 25K and up. Also plumbing, electrical and gas line work to be priced separately.
