I need example of written contract with plumber. Job is in condominium therefore it has to specify warranty for labor, material and for how long. In case of damage, flood in my property and to other properties in building, common elements. Contract has to cover and offer liability, corporation insurance deductible. Which would pay for al damages caused by flood because of poor work in plumbing.
Hi Mirko, your condo board or management company might have something they issue to contractors. That would be a good place to start. Or when you start the quoting process you can ask for their condo experience and insurance info. Any legitimate plumbers should be more than happy to provide that info.
Good luck with it

As a actual plumbing company that does work on strata's daily we have a standard invoice and quotation sheet that we use to cover all of this. It's not on the customer to dig up a contract.
Verify that your plumbing company has insurance, bonding and the person on site is a journeyman with a TQ.
