Exterior wall issue - bowing?

I have an exterior wall bowing outward affecting the side of my house along with the stucco siding. Is this a structural concern or an aesthetic concern. Looking for the right type of contractor work to quote costs to repair.
The wall is bowing out above the foundation where the main floor joists butt up against. The bowing area is about 10' along the wall.
