Hello! I moved into my house March of 2020 so I'm not sure how new the tile is but I'm starting to notice some small cracks and holes in some of the grout. Should I be worried? Do I need to replace it in these areas and what are the risks if I don't? I have attached some pictures. The first is in the bathroom, 2&3 are in kitchen, and 4 is in hallway.

Unfortunately this may be result of poor installation, grout generally cracks or crumbles when the tile underneath is moving off the sub floor, knock on some of the tiles and see if you get a different noise, if you get a hollow sound it generally means the tile has separated other from the substrate of the cement, if this is the case it will need to be replaced. Maybe try to find out who installed to see if there is any warranty. Good luck
