hello
So we need several things to do.
1. 450 s/f hardwood of instalation in two rooms including baseboards
2. 200s/f intall carpet (change existing one)
3. 500 s/f needs to refinish with 3ct. of varnish and stain it.
4. living room painting in one color aprox. 500 s/f
Please provide labor job and material seperately and also would you breake down the prices, I'd appriciate. looking for immidiate hiring.

Hi George,
For hardwood installation there are two prices:
- unfinished from $2-$2.30 /sft.
- pre-finished from $2.50 - $2.80/ sft.
For refinishing hardwood we charge from $2.20 - $2.50 / sft.
Includes sanding, staining any color, 2 coats of finish for an additional coat is $0.50 / sft. (Usually applied after all renovation are complete.)
