How much would it cost to lift a 38x28 bunglow and pour a 4' foundation under it? Walls, footing and floor?

Hi Chris,

For this size:

- underpinning

- drain reinstallment

- new rough-in for new washroom group

- waterproofing

- sump pit-sump pump system to install

- month of work

You are looking at 38,000-40,000.

You can dowater service upgrade on the same, radiant heating floor, chance the boiler to tankless as an additional projects.

Hope I gave you an idea for the budget. Any more questions, let me know.

Without looking at the house, a rough estimate would be around $15,000 -$25,000.
