My front yard is sloped, approximate height is 4 feet. What would my frost line depth be if I were replace the walkway with wood?

The actual frost line is different everywhere relative to conditions. Changing your concrete to wood is not going to have a measurable impact on the frost line. Piles 4 feet below existing grade, if you are talking a deck.
