Garage apartment & zoning question

Hi Theresa,

I don't know how it's managed in B.C. but in Ontario when I'm working on something and I want to check the bi-laws I can usually find them on the local municipal site. If you've tried that route and can't find what you are looking for try calling them. I have had to do this and had everything emailed to me.
