Garage concrete floor resurfacing

I live in Winnipeg. My garage (residential) is approx.1100 sq/f. Concrete floor has some stains and few long very fine cracks. It is in need of resurfacing.
Should I cover it with epoxy or polyaspartic concrete coating system?
Which product is more practical, more used in residential garages?
What does it cost per square foot for each?
