Hi,

In my backyard there is pooling of water and the grading is sloped so that the water is coming towards the house. During a rain storm the water is literally pouring into the window well leading to flooding in the basement. Any advice or recommendations would be really appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Anita!

There is a few thinks You can do,rework the grading,if You have weeping tile (storm drain) around the House than drain from window well should be connected into it and the last think You can do is to install sub pump, all of this will work it depends on existing condition and the money You want to spend.
