Hi Guys,
Just wondering, how much it will cost for a home addition per SQF? It will included a single garage, a bedroom and a bathroom (4 pieces) + a kitchen renovation?
Hi,
Just as a very general idea it is aprox. $200/sq ft, using standard materials, using anything custom will raise this price. There are many other variables.
Thanks for your answer.
Please see those PDF, it may gives you a better idea of what I'm looking for.
There are a lot of variables when it comes to additions. I always tell clients to start with a budget of $200/sqft. Finishes and difficulty or ease of construction could raise or lower that number considerably.
Hope this helps with your project dreams.
Thank You

A great rule of thumb is approximately $200 per square foot to start.
I am in total agreement with Mr Morris, as the quality of the finishing products, as well as the difficulty of the project will define the end price.
Also, location plays a factor in it as well.
Thanks everyone, it help me a lot all your answers, but I do have another question ..
Does the fact that the room/bad room will be on top off the garage will help me on my budget?
