Home addition on a two story w/walkout in Calgary

I'd like to add a 12x10 extension to the back of my house. It's a two story with a walkout, but the foundation walls do not need concrete (the concrete walls end about 6 feet bank inside the basement, so its all framing). The basement will remain unfinished, the main floor an open area living room, and the second floor a new bedroom. No plumbing, no bathroom, no kitchen, nothing fancy, just living space. (I don't need a Mercedes, just a nice comfy Camry.)

Is there a ballpark on the cost per square foot for a project like this? I've been told $150/sqft in Calgary, just want to confirm.
