How difficult is it to put mobile home on basement?

Not Difficult at all if the foundation is the same as the mobile unit and if not, footing posts will have to be installed. Make sure you hire someone that knows what they are doing.

It should be fine as long as the mobile home is structural strong to be moved and to sit on the new foundation and as its a proper foundation poured for the mobile home. The best thing would be to contact a company who specializes in moving homes they would be able to help you out on if there's any concerns about doing this or if this one is a easy pick up and drop and will be able to offer pricing.

You will need measurements of the trailer home and a crane to place trailer onto foundation.
