I would first and foremost suggest hiring a professional electrician to perform this task as you will be dealing with live electrical wires to sometimes determine.
The load goes to a device that will be using the electricity. The line is the part coming from the electrical source.
If you don't know which one is the line de energize the circuit in question, separate the two and cap off both sets. Re energize the circuit while using a voltage tester identify the hot wire set this is the line side the remaining is the load
