The bathroom is approximately 81 square feet. I need the following work done:

Demolition and removal of: tub, shower, toilet, double vanity, tile flooring, drywall.

Move plumbing to new location by window for large custom frameless shower (ensure correct angles for proper drainage)

Move plumbing to split the vanity into 2 single vanities

Install approx 4 potlights, 1 vanity light

install appropriate bathroom drywall throughout

install tile floor and throughout shower

install rainshower, regular showerhead, toilet, faucets, 2 single vanities, new vanity lights, mirror (2)

paint, finishings (baseboards, etc)

what is the reasonable range for this type of work?

Quality bathroom renovations are usually fairly pricey. You can expect to pay $16-$20000 depending on the fixtures and finishings that you choose.

The cost range may very dramaticaly based on what type of finishes and trims you looking at.

A simple toilet can range from $200 to $1,200, Hence the cost variation you see on prior replies.

Based on mid range finishes and trims, we would provide an estimate of $18K-$25K, but in reality, the final cost will be based on your choices. best wishes to a successful project.

I offer my clients the option of them supplying all fixtures tops faucets exedra which I recommend you do then you get what you pay for bathrooms can get very expensive. Wish you the best with your bathroom movie

A quality renovation of that size with medium to higher end fixtures could easily be 18000 to 25000 for materials and labour
