How much to charge for Commercial unit per sqft?

Hello Pros,
How much should I charge for a commercial unit that needs metal framing, insulation, drywalls and taping. How much for sqft? 1564.2sqft walls and ceiling 1463.11 sqft

Hi we can do just for spray foam
1564 sq ft R24 like approximately $6250 plus Tax and for 1463 sq ft. We can do $7400.
