Kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and bathroom all need to be gutted. New doors inside and out. There is a back foyer from back door, one door going downstairs and one door going to kitchen - want this changed if possible.

Cost to repair sunken roof as well.

Only looking for an approx. estimate at this time.

Hi Abe,

Its hard to pin down a price on a project this extensive, however you can use $5 per square ft as a budget for all demolition (plus garbage bins - $550/ 30 Yd bin in Ottawa). Your sunken roof is tough to budget as it could be any number of things. Without seeing the roof, a safe budget to repair and re-structure would be in the $5000 - $6000 range.

Hope this helps.
