Depends if we're talking about just the kitchen or the whole main floor. The kitchen is roughly a 20-30,000$ and the whole main floor can easily be double that, it all depends on the finishes and detail work like the ceiling

It would really depend on what your kitchen @ living area look like now eg.

Is the area open concept already?

Do you have high enough ceilings to accommodate a coffered ceiling?

Custom cabinetry or basic ikea?

Countertop material?

There are many things that are needed to determine a cost accurately. I would say that on the low end your project could cost $75k and on the higher end, up to $150k

It's all depend on what is the condition of your current space and what you are looking to do and the materials you are going to use.

In case you just need to redo the kitchen that will cost you $25k - $40K and in case you need to open up walls will cost you more and if you would like to replace the floor will you cost more and if you need a different kitchen layout will cost you more....and so on
