I am assuming you looking for a quote for similar style kitchen with countertops. I would budget $12,000 for plywood boxes and flat shaker style doors with quartz or granite countertop.

Without the total square footage and the more detailed list of specifications it would be a ballpark price at best. I would assume you would want a full 4 piece bathroom? From the picture and it's finishes if this is a basement development I would ballpark this at a high number approximately $60,000 and I'm assuming it's approximately 700 to 900 square foot basement. If you were in Calgary I would be very happy to build you a basement development like your picture. Wish you the best. Jeff

This looks like a a finished basement with an entertainment area and wet bar, in terms of budget for project like this assuming everything needs to be done including some trenching for plumbing drainage, framing for walls and around duct work, drywall, flooring, some electrical and data wiring, cabinets, cultured stone and the complete finish of what can be seen in the photo assuming that the areas beyond are not included in the scope of work a budget of between 40 and 50k is realistic at prices current here in BC. You may be able to find someone for less but you often get what you pay for when moving forward with the lowest price. Best of luck with your project.
