How much would something like this cost?

There are a lot of factors ie basement windows proper size for code for basement suite. Is plumbing roughed in? Any way i'll give it a try, if every thing is ok in the neighborhood of 35 to 45 thousand.

I'm guessing at the square footage. But it would range from about 40,000.00 with decent finishings . But finished properly with dricore sub flooring. R10 foam glued to the concrete walls.Then tapcon taped. This also provides the vapor barrier and the added insulation and your framing can never mold or rot.Then frame the walls and add a further R20 Roxul. At this point all electrical and plumbing is run through the studs and plates as needed. This would bring the cost up another 5,000.00 to 6,000.00. But well worth it.

Within the GTA you could expect around 45-50 $/sq.ft with factors pending on the actual compositions required. we always start with a set of drawings and work from them, so that get the scope of work down from the start and address any extras that may come up.
