Typically it depends on size and materials desired.

But from what I can see there you're looking from anywhere above 30.000 and depends if it needs washroom, plumbing rough in, etc...

For a basement of that level of finish including 3/4 piece bathroom etc would exceed 65k hard to quantify without measurements but that is a high level finish with coffered ceiling

It is depen on material,but it will steel cost over 25000 from the pictures,it is all included the basic material

Without knowing the square footage as well as if you're having a full bathroom with custom shower? It would be very hard to give you an appropriate cost. With the high finishes I see I would assume this would be a $60,000 or more basement development. Hope this helps you out Jeff

Hi I've done similar legally with permits,,,if just the one room expect min. $30,000...if whole bsmt with a bath, bedroom etc. then from $50-$60,000...if legal secondary suite then from $70,000....this is lowest for a proper pro...materials and trades costly...you will get what you pay for..Cheers

It's all depend on how big is the basement and what else you want to include in the basement
