How to consolidate all utilities?

As of now, my utilities (gas, water, electrical) enter my property from different locations along my sidewalk. I'm building new and would like all utilities to run along the right side of my property line, then into my mechanical room. Can I just 90 degree all my service connections, so they run towards the right property line, then 90 them again to follow the property line to my mechanical room? Or do I have to get the City to move all the lines to the right of my property line, then I run them to the mechanical room? All services are currently disconnected.

Don't waste your time on forums. Talk to your city and engineer.

Talk to the City and find out what you can do and what they can do.
