I would remove the grout between the tiles and the cabinet, and that should do it.

To remove the grout you can use something like a flat screw driver if you don't have a cutout tool.

Good luck

There may be more screws than you can see easily, brackets above and below? through the sides of the cabinet? possibly glued to the wall.

Cut the tile grout with a utility knife or scribe it with a chisel then with a hammer pound the cabinet from underneath and it will come out real quick if all the screws have been removed from the wall. PS I've had upper kitchen cabinets hold on with just caulking LOL

Hi, Before the Cabinets can Come out, you have to take a few Preliminary steps.

1.Remove any trim or molding.

2.Turn of the stop valves under the Sink .

3.Disconnect and remove the Range dishwasher and any other appliances that might be in the way.

4.Take out all the Cabinets themselves is Simply a matter order base cabinets first, then the upper Cabinets.

Most of the Cabinets from the last 25 years or so are, factory built boxes screwed to one , another one site.

That s why you lol generally see vertical seams in the face frames if that s what you have, find and remove all the screws in the edges of the Stiles, wich hold the Cabinets together. Then take out the Screws holding the Cabinet to the wall or floor.
