How to remove raised garden beds

I want to remove 4 low raised garden beds (fixed) from my backyard. Please guide me. Thanks.

Those are just boxes filled with soil. Likely no bottoms just 2x6/2x8 sides. Bang them apart with a sledge hammer, then hire 2 strong men with shovels, a wheel barrow and a truck and hand dig it all out and remove to disposal site...or if you are keeping soil spread it around..if you want it done real fast a contractor with a bobcat and truck will have it all out in 1 day but it will cost $$
