Insurance doesn't cover mold ,

Or problems with the Building envelope .

Looks like your on your own

You need to find out what the cause of the mold is ,

Could be a crack if the foundation that you will need to repair ,

Or can be a problem with moisture running down from the walls .

We recommend that you review your policy in detail. Most insurers look upon mold as a maintenance issue that was not addressed in a timely fashion.

Thanks!

Unfortunately unless you had a flood insurance won't help you one bit. Do you require our assistance?
