Installing subflooring and laminate tile to basement floor

Hello,

I want to embark on a DIY for my basement floor because I've run out of cash. I hired a contractor who did the majority of the reno already.

What's a reasonable price range for subflooring and where can I get a good price in the Scarborough/GTA area? Also, what's a good type of inexpensive paint for unfinished laundry room walls? I think framing will make the laundry room look smaller.

Much appreciated!

Check out Sherwin williams for paint. Harmony type is good for laundry room. Cleans good, helps for mole mold. Used it for hotels, good results.
